Hi Laurie

I have also sent you an email. This is a very early ECU and is quite rare as most Euro Vitaras at that time were still carburetor. There are repair techniques for burnt PCBs using special epoxy fillers and replacement copper tracking so it may well still be repairable if there isn't too much damage to other components.

regards

James

Hi RhinoPower,

HELP!!!!!

I have a LHD Suzuki Vitara 1.6 injection 8V, 1988-1990.

The ECU is burnt so not repairable. I have been trying to locate another one for 1 month now, but no suppliers can match the part number (33920-60A70)!

Has this part number been superseeded by Suzuki? Are they any compatible ECU's?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I really don't want to scrap my car no!

Pictures of my ECU are available if needed.

Thank you

lauriejb
