This is an ECU that came in with immo problems, although it came out of a 1.6 GV I've only found the part number on a J20 on the EPC. The 82D21 is listed as being for both the G16B and the J20 so Mitsubishi must have implemented some sort of dual mapping on these ECUs:

 

33920-82D20 Grand Vitara ECU
