The protocol will be SDL/KWP which is KWP2000 but is not OBD2; I don't currently have a tool for this protocol.

Emission light indicating.No ECU output to coil at low rpm no 1 cylinder,ok at higher revs.OBD connector has connections to 4,5,7,9,16.Memoscan hand scanner gives protocol as KWP 2000,starts to load data but freezes without displaying any data.
