The usual problem with these is the electrolytic capacitors, these can be sourced from companies like RS components and Farnell. Many other components are not readily available and can only be bought in bulk quantities from specialist companies. You may have a sensor fault, what checks have you done?

Hi .Im looking Schematic diagram of that ECU & suggestion of most probably damaged parts in ECU in that case ... I know that You are best man in my case ...

Hello .I come to that forum from Poland. I'm new owner of Vitara (1999 y) 1.6 L 8v  with  ECU 33920-70E10  . I have problem with that ECU  .After start  cold engine  the dose of fuel is too much ,engine couldnt get 2500RPM (sensors of temperature are OK ) Lambda is new  (second one ),Throttle resistor is second one .When I was shorting by 470 OHM resistor  air sensor  -car was respond on throttle (get 4000 RPM  )     standing on move its difficult get 4000 RPM (engine is weak) .Technical condition of engine is OK in every cylinder is presure 13 bar. ECU inside looks like that http://rhinopower.activeboard.com/t42248690/33920-70e00-1997-vitara-8v/  . Where I must seeking damaged parts ?
