Can't get ALDL cable to work

RhinoView is proprietary software and does not support third party interfaces. There is no option to select a com port because the software uses a true USB interface which is six times faster than a virtual com port.

I have been trying for several days to get the cable I got from OBD Diagnostics Inc to work with my Rhinoviewer.  I Tried just hooking it up, no luck.  I tried downloading and installing the virtual Com driver the Rhinopower web site says it needs but still no luck.  The program also does not have the Comm select button the instructions says it should have so I am not sure how to even selelct the comm port.  Several have posted that this cable and Rhinoviewer work on a 94 G10 Geo metro and I really need live data to diagnose a problem.  Anyone out there have any ideas?

Pete
