I had a look at the circuit, I may have some difficulties tryin to build it cuz I'm not too savy with SMT building, lol. Can you comment on this cable?

I have now published my design for a USB interface for Suzuki ECUs. Main features are:
Adequate isolation between PC and the automotive supply
Automotive quality components, fully protected against noise and power surges
Industry standard FTDI USB chip handles the non-standard baud rates.  
Complete circuit fits in a short J1962 backshell (with a little filing).
PCB designed to ensure compliance with EMC requirements in most major markets.
