my name is Dennis and I own a recently purchased 1997 Suzuki Vitara V6 2.0 lt (H20A engine). I thought that my car is OBD2 compatible because of the connector type (J1962), but after buying a bluetooth ELM327 and not beeing able to connect i begun searching the net and here i am. The main cause of wanting me to connect to my car's ECU is that it consumes too much ~15-16lt/100 km and lacks performance, so this could be a good start in order to debug the problem. Im sure that i will get as much help as needed.
