That pdf looks OK. it doesn't look like Microsoft supports HTML Help workshop anymore so I've run it through another programme, try this and see if it works for you:
I've also had issues with the help files. Attached is what I've managed to convert to a PDF, I don't know if it is complete so if you could have a look and let me know!
I've also attached a link to a copy of it in my dropbox incase attaching it doesn't work.
According to wiki chm files are still supported in Windows 11, I'll download the latest version of html help and run the files through that, its a good few years since I created that file.

Tech writer here. I can open the RVHelp.chm file on Windows 11, but none of the content displays: The Help window opens with the Table of Contents, but the pages with content are blank. I converted it to PDF and can post it here if that would be helpful.
A few people have reported problems trying to view the Rhinoview help files; this is usually caused by security settings on the computer blocking the file. To unblock help navigate to the "help" folder then right click on the file "RVHelp.chm", click on "Properties" and you should see a window like that shown below:
Click on "Unblock" and the "Apply"
You should now be able to view the help files.
