Under 'Comms' you should select 'baud rate' and set that to 7812. If you still can't connect then you should check the voltages on the diagnostic connector using a voltmeter, you should have 12V between pin 16 and 4 or 5 and 5V between pins 9 and 4 or 5.

Hi, brought a kit from you a while ago and used it on an older laptop with no significant issues.
Now using a more "modern" laptop but I cannot get Rhinoview to connect to the ecu. Under comms I do not have the "settings" that the help file refers to.
Im not too sure if this is helpful or not but the laptop is running windows 8.1 with Intel pentium processor.
The Jimny has developed a serious fault in which its now refusing to start, the AA couldn't read the ECU as they didn't have the right software, I want to try and avoid going to Suzuki if I can.
