Its from an early 16V Vitara/Escudo. I already have a PCB designed; I built the prototype to test the design, back in 2012 protoype boards were quite expensive these days the Chinese fab houses are much cheaper and I wouldn't bother spending the time on building something like that.  I needed to extract some data from the ECU and it was 95% finished, next step is to create the TunerPro definitions.

The processor is the same as that used in the early Miata/MX5, its a predecessor of the 76C/MH series, it has the same clever dual output compare timer modules that make it very accurate.

That looks fantastic.

what is that ecu out of?

Does it take much to turn that into a proper pcb?

I finally got round to finishing and debugging the prototype daughterboard for the 53B70 that I started some 7 1/2 years ago. Now I can do real time code tracing with the logic analyser and live tuning with the Ostrich and TunerPro RT.
