A brief description of the Suzuki Serial Data Link (Suzuki SDL)
https://www.rhinopower.org/diag/sdl.html
Don't expect wizardry from SDL. You can't really program things thru RhinoPower software. You can see/delete the error codes, and about 45 parameter values (if all available). Download the soft and take a look at it's Help file.
I don't know of any of the earlier models that can be directly programmed via SDL, there were some that were programmed that way on the assembly line but they require mods to be able to put the programming voltage onto the board.

Buddy you still in business? How do I know if my ECU is programmed with the SDL? my XL7 was bought in Venezuela. They do all kind of weird wizardry here with cars. Does the VIN would say something about this?
Send me a PM, I have a couple of interfaces. I ordered a large quantity of chips at the beginning of August, the estimated delivery date then was the beginning of December, that date kept moving back until I received a small quantity a couple of weeks ago. The remaining chips are now due in mid-May but that delivery date keeps moving backwards. Its very frustrating but there are still shortages of, what were, very common chips.

I've been awaiting delivery of the USB chip, I was originally quoted November and that was moved back until January, so I'm hoping to get some in the next few weeks. If I don't get any then I will redesign to use a different chip.

Been checking this page periodically since september and it still says "mid-november" for when you'll restock.
Any updates? Really just want to order the hardware even if its an old unit or something. Hell it can be a test unit or something with minor defects for all I care.
